All certificates issued by International Talent Outreach are prepared in accordance with international best practices for skills certification, incorporating verifiable unique identification numbers, secure digital verification, and globally recognized accreditation benchmarks.

Possession of this certificate is an honour and attests that the bearer has successfully completed prescribed training, assessment, and competence evaluation, demonstrating entrepreneurial capacity, professional diligence, and commitment to sustainable development. It serves as a credible testament of achievement recognized across our international partner networks.

I. Policy on Correction, Amendment and Re-issuance

1.1 General Provision: The Organization is committed to maintaining accurate records. Any request for correction of data contained on a certificate shall be processed strictly in accordance with this Policy.

1.2 Where Error is Attributable to the Organization: Notwithstanding that the error originates from the Organization, the Applicant shall submit a formal written request for correction, accompanied by: (a) a clear scanned copy of the erroneous certificate as issued (or the e-copy if electronically issued); and (b) a valid means of identification (National Identity Number, International Passport, Voter's Card, or other government-issued ID) to enable verification of the correct particulars. Upon satisfactory verification, the certificate shall be re-issued free of charge.

1.3 Where Request Arises from Change of Name or Data Supplied by Applicant: Where the need for correction arises from a subsequent change of name, marriage, misinformation supplied by the Applicant, or any other reason not attributable to the Organization, the Applicant shall submit the following mandatory documents:

• Original/Scanned copy of the issued certificate;
• Sworn Affidavit for Change/Correction of Name duly executed before a High Court of Justice, clearly stating the correct name;
• Valid Government-issued means of Identification bearing the correct name;
• Official publication of change of name where applicable (for full name change); and
• Evidence of payment of prescribed administrative re-issuance fee.

1.4 Processing: All applications shall be processed within five (5) to seven (7) working days upon receipt of complete documentation.

II. Grounds for Revocation and Nullification of Certificate

The Organization reserves the absolute and irrevocable right to revoke, cancel, nullify and withdraw any certificate previously issued, and to remove same from its verification database, without prior notice, upon discovery of any of the following:

1. Fraud, Misrepresentation or Forgery: Where it is established that the certificate was obtained through false declaration, impersonation, forged documents, or suppression of material facts.
2. Illicit or Dubious Means: Where participation, attendance, assessment or acquisition was procured through bribery, inducement, coercion, cyber manipulation, or any other unethical, illegal or dubious means contrary to the Organization's Code of Conduct.
3. Academic/Professional Misconduct: Where the holder is found to have engaged in plagiarism, cheating, or gross misconduct during training or evaluation.
4. Unauthorized Alteration: Any unauthorized alteration, tampering, or falsification of the content of a validly issued certificate.
5. Breach of Terms: Use of the certificate for purposes that bring disrepute to the Organization or in violation of applicable laws.

Effect of Revocation: Upon revocation, the certificate shall be deemed void ab initio, its verification shall return "Invalid/Revoked" on this portal, and the Organization shall be under no obligation to re-issue. The Organization may further pursue appropriate legal remedies.
